McCarthy’s offers four double rooms and one single. These are tastefully decorated and three of them have a beautiful view of the mountains and the Chateau-d’Oex valley. The bathrooms and toilets are on the same floor with more showers and toilets available one floor down. There is a train station nearby and this links up with all the main stations of Switzerland. There is also a large parking lot available for guest parking. Chateau-d’Oex is about sixteen kilometres from the famous ski resort of Gstaad.
